Warranty and return of goods

The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Exchange of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.

The return of goods is carried out within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer (for regions from the moment the goods arrive at the TK terminal). 

Refunds or exchanges of goods are possible only after we receive the goods back.

When paying by card, cash refunds are not allowed. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

 

1. Products can be returned:

– with order assembly mistake

– with a sales operator mistake

– in case of detection of a defect


2. When returning a product due to a “supplier mistake,” the product must be in its original packaging without traces of use or installation, the packaging must be undamaged,

 copy of the invoice must be attached to the product.


3. To make a decision on the defect when returning the goods, it is enough to send a photograph and a detailed description of the situation in which the defect was identified.

It is also advisable to fill out a form with detailed information about the vehicle on which the part was installed

– full body and engine number;

– place of installation of auto parts (name of service station);

– a detailed description of the reason for the return.

Nonresident buyers are allowed to send a completed claim form and a photo of the defective product by email, if this is sufficient

to make a decision, you won’t need to send the spare part itself.

4. To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out a goods return form and send it along with a copy of your passport to the following address:  sales@zevsparts.ru 

Refunds will be made to a bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receipt of the application for a refund by the company.

To return funds for transactions carried out with errors, you must submit a written application and attach a copy of your passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to: sales@zevsparts.ru

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for consideration and refund of funds starts from the moment the company receives the application and is calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.


5. In other cases, the return of goods is considered on an individual basis.
